Goal

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

We are facing a critical issue where managed server is down, preventing all branches from accessing the application.

The error observed is:
weblogic.store.PersistentStoreFatalException: [Store:280105]The persistent file store "FileStore@{managed_server}" cannot open file FILESTORE@{MANAGED_SERVER}1000000.DAT.
 

Also OBBRN login is failing with the error "Current user not authenticated".
