ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system User unable to input (/REC/:22Y:LCPI) in field 72 although all are valid and allowed characters.

Also same is allowing when input directly in OBTF system


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
characters expected to be entered in the field 72

Steps
------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Import LC Liquidation
4. Navigate to settlement details and input the value
