Symptoms

While unlocking the HOLD CI contract upon Saving system giving error of CL-ACC-403!Insurance Details is not allowed when Insurance Flag is unchecked

Even TAKAFUL REQUIRED IS checked in contract preference.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock the Hold contract

2. Save the contract.

Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with contract saving.
