ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SWIFT MX transaction authorized from ECA queue but still remain in ECA queue as pending

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SWIFT MX transaction authorized from ECA queue should have ECA cleared on successfully accounting entries posting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In UAT of latest production image
2. Process contract SWIFT MX contract from NON STP queue and authorize in ECA queue
3. ECA block not cleared on successful accounting entries posting.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see correct available balance after SWIFT MX contract.

Changes

Application fix will update ECA response at OBPM if processed at FCUBS and restrict manual ECA approval.
