Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system OBTFPM – In Import Collection | Liquidation – Debit advice is not captured, checked in OBTF,
wrong receiver is picking for split amount tag.

Observation
-----------
Due to this Debit advice is going to be in Repaired state.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should capture the debit advice

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Import Collection Liquidation
