On : 14.7.0.0.0 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Hold rule not working for Pacs009 core RTGS payments
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the hold rule, system should have held the outbound Pacs009 core
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a) Maintain hold rule for Pacs009 Core for RTGS T-2 network for OBTRMM source
b) Initiate a outbound T-2 bank transfer which is successfully processed
c) Pacs009 core is generated and handed off
