In OBTFPM system
While doing Import LC Internal Amendment, getting below error during charge simulation.

Error

Unable to process charge simulation request. -
ST-AMND-003 - Field Single of FFT Details in Record Free Format Text Code-ADDCONDA:Advice Name-LC_AMND_INSTR cannot be Modified
ST-AMND-003 - Field Single of FFT Details in Record Free Format Text Code-C201NEGRESV:Advice Name-LC_AMND_INSTR cannot be Modified
ST-AMND-003 - Field Single of FFT Details in Record Free Format Text Code-C243NGCNFCH:Advice Name-LC_AMND_INSTR cannot be Modified
ST-AMND-003 - Field Single of FFT Details in Record Free Format Text Code-INSTRUCTION:Advice Name-LC_AMND_INSTR cannot be Modified

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to EXPORT Import LC Internal Amendment
