Maker and Checker ID got updated as checker ID of Transferred LC Cancelation in Main LC & LCDTRANF


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Maker and Checker ID should get updated correctly in LCDTRANSF screen.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Booked a Transferrable LC.
2) Do LC Transfer in LCDTRANF screen.
3) Do Cancellation of Transferred LC.
4) Authorize the Cancellation
5) Maker Checker ID populating correctly in Transferred LC Cancelation
6) Verify Maker & Checker ID in LCDTRANF screen.
