Goal

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

OBCL || ECA Validation on SAVE is not working

Issue: system is not validating the account balance. Loan payment records are still being saved, even when the customer has a zero account balance.

Expectation: The system should validate the account balance at the time of saving and prevent the user from saving the record if the account has insufficient funds.
