On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
STTB_FIELD_LOG table is not updating old values



User is performing Account address update transaction from OBBRN and STTB_FIELD_LOG TABLE is always updating the new value. The existing record is not moving to old value. it is always replacing the new value.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Old value should also be pushed in the Filed log

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try Account address change in OBBRN

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find old value in field log
