ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On MX payments reversal the txn_narrative in CATB_ENTRIES for reversal entries is not populated

14.7.0.5.0 / ISO20022 Implementation

On MX payments reversal from PSDOCBVW, PSDOT2CV, PADOVIEW, the txn_narrative in CATB_ENTRIES table for reversal entries is not populated based on narrative maintenance. Due to this, in the account statement ACDOPTN screen, there is no description on reversal entries of these transactions.
Due to this currently bank is not able to identify the entry in the Account statement is a reversal entry or not. Bank requests that the reverse action displays the correct description, clearly indicating that it is a reverse action in Account statement. The remarks from Reversal screen are not displayed in the account statement.

Logs for both main txn and reversal txn are attached along with required spools. Kindly requesting to check and revert on Priority.

Due to this issue, reversal entries is not populated.
