Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When customer initiate a Credit Card payment transaction, OTP alert received on SMS and EMAIL does not contain Account Number and Transaction Amount in it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OTP alert should display account number and transaction amount

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OTP received on SMS and EMAIL doesn't contain account number and transaction amount

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see account number and transaction amount in OTP alert OTP received on SMS and EMAIL

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
