ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upon clicking the Hold button on LIDAMEND screen an error is thrown ST-UPLD-001. Upon logs analysis it seems that the AMND_SERIAL_NO is NULL and preventing the system from saving.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Hold button on LIDAMEND screen.
