Previous Instruction Agent Charge Info Is Not Updated On Outbound Pacs008

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

system should have displayed charge information of the previous instruction agent as well 

Simulations

-----------------------

a) Initiate a RTGS Pacs008 which results in outbound Pacs008 with charge bearer as CRED

b) In the incoming pacs008, charge information is updated with instructing agent as per below details:
i) Instd amt: 20000
ii) IB sttmt amt: 19960
iii) Charge:40

c) Message is successfully uploaded and Outbound payment generated. Our bank has collected AED 30 as its charge

d) Pacs008 out is generated wiht below details:
i) Instd amt: 20000
ii) IB stmt amt: 19930
iii) Charge: 30

e) When the counterparty bank receives this message, it will not be able to get the info for charge collected by the previous instructing agent

f) Expectation is that system should have displayed charge information of the previous instg agent as well as 40 AED
