ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBBRN - BC Issue Against Account - Transaction errored out after entering BC Number
In BC Issue - Account, after entering BC number, the transaction is throwing error - RM-TX-NL-01: Unhandled Exception Occurred.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow the user to submit the transaction without any errors

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the screen BC Issue - Account.
2. Enter the required fields and BC Number.
3. Submit the transaction.
4. System is throwing error

Due to this issue, users cannot submit BC issuance against Account
