SWIFTMX Outgoing Payments In NS Queue - Fields Not Populated (Doc ID 3079695.1)

Goal

An outgoing SWIFTMX payment has been booked from SPS screen. It lands in NonSTP Queue.
At this point there are fields in the payment that are not populated in PSDOCBCT/PSDOCVBW screens - for example Debtor Details, Debtor Agent Details, Instructed Agent, Payment Chain, Messages, Instructing Reimbursement Agent.
Those are getting populated only after the user is pressing Modify in NS queue and then Enrich.
The Bank needs those fields to be populated when a payment is sitting in NS queue in order to establish the proper route.
