ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system As part of import lc internal amendment if user collecting the collateral there is a decimal value mismatch
between contribution amount and due to this user not able to collect collateral

Error
----
Sum of all the contribution amount should not exceed or should not be less than the collateral amount


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Import LC internal amendment
4.Navigate to Additional details
5.Additional details-Limits & Collateral tile
