ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM System incoming counter Guarantee Issuance - internal Amendment unable to attach line due to charge simulation request.

Error
------

LM-VALS-374 - Customer is not same as the Party maintained in Parties.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign in to OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Guarantee Issuance - internal Amendment
4.Navigated to Data enrichment stage – Advices screen
