Charge Deduction on BC Duplicate and BC Cancellation for Charge Group should be working.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Charges for BC Duplicate and BC Cancellation.
2.Verify whether the charges are deducted correctly.
