Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank wants to generated MT200 - bank transfer own account. Along with MT200, System generates MT210 which is notice to receiver. As per swift guidelines 56a is an optional field, system doesn't generate 56a. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User wants to generate optional tag 56a for MT210.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform bank transfer of own account.
2. Verify the MT210 message generated.
