IADACCLS New/Existing Account Class thrown Error on Save with Error Code ST-ACL-005 (Doc ID 3080824.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support


On IADACCLS screen upon creating a new account class and saving it we are getting this error ST-ACL-005.
Debug Logs and Screenshots are attached.

ST-ACL-005 : Message is not found Error is thrown.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. perform Creation/Modification for Account Class using IADACCLS
2. on Save Error is thrown.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create/Modify Account Class
