Purpose

FAST Bank is a Global Bank with subsidiaries all over the world. It needs to set up Corporate Kick Off meetings for it's workforce which will occur at organization and country level at different times of the year.

During this time the workers will be Unavailable for work and this needs to be entered on their Work Schedule Calendars.

To do this Calendar Events need to be created with the relevant category on the appropriate day and linked to the correct organization. They can then be added as an exception to the work schedule.
