Symptoms

When attempting to run the journal import program for the journal uploaded from spreadsheet
an error occurs and subsequent imports use the same Group Id and end with error.

EU02 This journal entry is unbalanced and suspense posting is not allowed in this ledger.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to be able to use different group ids for each upload and for the upload and import to finish successfully.
