Once the duplicate data for customer, Person or address, in the system is identified; it is required to resolve the duplicates. The duplicate records can be left as it is or merged or linked between each other. This document explains how to create Duplicate Resolution Request. This will discuss the different process involved in resolving duplicate records in Trading Community Data viz., Customers, Consumers, Address etc
