New Ledger Is Not Available In The Data Access Set Parameter Of The Open First Period Program (Doc ID 1354214.1)

Symptoms

Unable to open the first period and perform transactions in the system. The parameters Data Access Set and Ledger or Ledger Set for the program Open First Periods have an empty list of values although there is a data access set defined.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The parameters Data Access Set and Ledger or Ledger Set for the program Open First Periods should show the existing data access set to be able to submit it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Setup and Maintenance
3. Search for the Task Name: Open First Period.
2. Go into the task Open First Period.
  Clicking on the task opens the screen to submit the Open First Period program
The parameters are:
Data Access Set which is mandatory but the LOV is empty
Ledger or Ledger Set - is optional but the LOV is empty as well.
Accounting Period - is not displayed.
