Symptoms

List of value for Organization shows blank while creating a new Project Template.

Expected Behavior
List of value for Organization should show Organizations to choose from.

Replication Steps

1. Navigate to Manage Project Templates.
2. Enter the Name, Number, Business Unit and Project Unit.
3. Click on the Organization list of value.
