No Results When Searching for Opportunity as Opportunity Team Member (Doc ID 1383358.1)

Goal

Opportunity team members cannot search for Opportunity

Replication steps:
1) Log into the application as 'sales rep1' and via the Navigator go to Opportunities
2) Create a new Opportunity
3) View the Opportunity Team members
4) Add 'sales rep2' as a team member
5) Log out and log back in as 'sales rep2'
6) Navigate to the Opportunity page and search for the newly created Opportunity

The search doesn't find the Opportunity.
