B18 - User Creation Process Does Not Complete

How To Manage a User Creation Process which does not Complete

Example of Situation :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Users

Log on Functional Setup Manager by doing : Navigator > Manager Resources > Manage Users

> Create a user : FirstName LastName
Personal Details
> Enter :
-Fist Name : FirstName1
-Last Name : LastName1
-Email : enter email


If no user name will be entered , user name will be defaulted as email address
This explain that it is not allowed to create 2 users with the same email address

User Details

-User name :  FIRSTNAME1.LASTNAME1
-Status : Defaulted at Active

Employment Information
> Enter :
-Person Type : Employee
- Legal Employer : Fusion Application Support
- Business Unit : FAST CRM
- Job : Sales Manager


Resource Information
> Enter :
- Sales Manager (seeded Resource role)
- Reporting Manager : None as this is the Top Manager in current Organization Hierarchy
- Organization : Global Organization which was provided  as pre starter setup

Click AutoProvision Rules which will add 3 roles :
Sales Administartor
Resource
Employee


> Click Save and Close button

Check that these process are at pending status

Note that when assigning roles by using auto-provisioning roles button
i get error message :   The user request is pending. (PER-1531387)
