Fusion Talent: Performance Appraisal Calculation Should Include Weights Defined Against Each Competency

Performance appraisal calculation should include weights defined against each competency. The Performance appraisal calculation at the moment is only considering rating and does not include weighting.

If you define weights within the competency template for each competency then the rating calculation is Rating * Weight for the competency. Would like the ability to record all weights for all competencies somewhere centrally in the application.

To fulfill the above requirement defined weights for each competency against each job profile (Navigate Work Structure - Jobs - Profile) and disabled weight functionality whilst defining performance template,

However, now we are unable to provide weight whilst doing appraisal (which is what is required).  Now the manager rates the employee and now the overall/section rating must be calculated by rating provided on the competency template * weight defined against the job profile for that competency.  This is what is not happening.
