Set Up and Administer Territory Management

Purpose

Oracle Fusion Territory Management’s Enable Dimensions and Metrics task allows a territory management administrator
to indicate which of the twelve seeded dimensions should be enabled and also which of the metrics will be used by the application.
Additionally, the tasks allow for the ad-hoc start of the synchronization process of the Oracle Fusion Territory Management schema
and Oracle Essbase hypercube with the sources:

either online transaction processing (OLTP) application (in a nondata-warehouse deployment)
or with the Oracle Business Intelligence Data Warehouse (in the case of a data-warehouse deployment).

Oracle Essbase serves as the Oracle Fusion Territory Management metrics data repository.

Dependent Technologies:

  • Oracle ADF Faces
  • Oracle ADF Business Components
  • Oracle Enterprise Scheduling Services
  • Oracle SOA
  • Oracle Essbase
  • Oracle Business Intelligence
