Fusion HCM: How to set Approval Levels in Fusion HCM?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Fusion HCM, all core HR transactional flows go to 2 levels of supervisory hierarchy as the default out of the box configuration for approvals processing.
All the Work Structures setup flows are set to go through self approvals.
( so no explicit manual approval by any approvers is required).
These out of the box configurations can be changed based on the customer requirements.
