Purpose

Calculate Incentives is an ESS (Enterprise Scheduler Service) Program that is used to calculate incentives for sales participants. The pre-requisite for running Calculate Incentives ESS program are:
   a) The participant is assigned to a valid compensation plan
   b) The credit category (or its ancestor, i.e., any credit categories associated to parent classification rules) of the transaction is associated with the measure
   c) Classified the credits by either running the Classify Credits ESS Program or manually specifying the credit category of the credit
   d) Execute the Deploy Compensation Plans ESS Program to denormalize the compensation plan data

Calculate Incentives ESS Program creates the measure attainment records and also earning records for the participant. User can query these earning records in Manage Earnings page. The measure attainment records can be seen either in the Measure tab of  the Manage Earnings page or in the Formula and Measure Results tab of  the Calculation Detai page.
