Purpose

The purpose of this document to help with issues related to Manage Procurement Content enables the catalog administrators to configure the catalogs, for users of Self Service Procurement.
This workarea has impacts on the following functional areas in Self Service Procurement:
- Manage Catalogs Page – The catalogs which can be searched by users during shopping.
- Manage Content Zones page – The catalogs, smart forms and categories to which a user has access to.
- Manage Smart Forms page – Used to create Smart Forms for Non Catalog Requests.
- Manage Information Templates Page – Used to associate information templates to items and categories.
- Manage Supplier Content Mapset Page – Used to create category, uom, supplier and supplier site mappings for values during punchout and agreement lines upload.
- Manage Category hierarchy – For Agent Assignments, Supplier and Catalog, the categories and hierarchy are created using this flow.
