PRC:SSP: Requisitions Are Stuck 'In Process' And Not Completing Through The Approval Process

Upon creating Requisitions and submitting them through the approval process, the Requisitions became stuck in an 'In Process' status as displayed within the Manage Requisitions page.
Reproduce by steps:
1) Create Requisitions and click to Submit them into the approval process
2) When viewing the submitted Requisitions via the Manage Requisitions page, the Requisitions would display indefinitely in an 'In Process' status, effectively being stuck in this state
Also when accessing the 'PrcPorManageReqApprovalComposite' item under the SOA folder within Enterprise Manager Procurement URL, the Faults section shows error with the Approval Group named 'No Approvers'
