 Overview
 1.  I enabled encryption and now I cannot see any card or bank account numbers in full.
 2.  On the Manage System Security Options page, the Display All option is available for bank account masking, but not for credit card masking.
 3.  On the Manage System Security Options page, I cannot set whether card security code and card billing address are required.
 4.  Problem
 5.  The encryption process does not complete. That is, the status remains Encryption in Progress.
 6.  Encryption is enabled, but new credit card numbers and security codes are not being encrypted.
 7.  After cloning an environment, credit card authorizations on the target instance are failing with one of the following errors:
 Logging and Tracing
 Debug Logging using EM:
 Debug Logging using UI:
 Debug Logging using Database:
