After Successful Login, Fusion Applications User Sees Blank Page or Page With a Spinning Loading Icon (Doc ID 1410333.1)

Symptoms

After successfully logging in, the user gets a blank page or a page with a spinning loading icon. Alternatively,  when going to the atkHomePage and clicking any menu item, the browser will spin and
nothing is returned.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access Fusion Application AtkHomePageWelcome URL.
(i.e. https://<host>.<domain>/homePage/faces/AtkHomePageWelcome)

2. Log in as a user.

3. You will get a blank page or a page with a spinning loading icon.

4. Or if you get the home page, click Administration -> Setup and Maintenance.

5. You will get a page with a spinning loading icon.
