"Username Already Exists" Error When Provisioning an User in Fusion Application (Doc ID 1420193.1)

Symptoms

If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

 

When you provision an user or run Send Pending LDAP Requests process to re-process the provision request in Fusion Application HCM,  you get username already exists error.  or An user with username XXX exists in identity Store error
