 Problem 1: Status of bulk import job became "Completed with Error"
 Problem 2: Status of bulk import job becomes "Error"
 Solution: (for Problem 3)
 Validation (if applicable):
 Problem 3: Status of File import job stays as "Base table upload in progress"
 3.1. Run the following SQL query on database:
 3.2. Go to CRM EM, find "MktImportAsyncComposite", click on the SOA instance ID to view the flow trace
 3.3. Check if there is any fault threw in flow trace
 Solution: (for Problem 3)
 Problem 4: Status of File import job stays as "Pending"
 Solution: (for Problem 4)

 Problem 5: Status of CDM bulk import job stays as "Processing"
 Case 1. The BPEL job pending on waiting for ESS callback
