ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is trying to upload the journals from spreadsheet, but the spreadsheet opened from the link 'Create Journal in Spreadsheet' does not have label for fields and is blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The excel sheet should be opened with the proper label for fields.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Journals> Click on link 'Create Journal in Spreadsheet'
2. Create Excel
3. Excel sheet is opened without label for fields.
