The following symptoms are occurring in all domains (pillars).

The user is creating a custom ESS job definition that has an input parameter as a List of Values (LOV). The implementer created an LOV source using a standard public VO (View Object) "oracle.apps.scm.productModel.items.publicEssModel.view.ImportJobDefParametersVO".

This view object is used by ItemImportJobDef , has five  parameters , and the user can enter organization only and submit the job.

The user configured the new ESS custom job definition with a parameter (restaurant id) that uses the LOV source and wants to use one parameter in the view object (organization) to correspond to the LOV source.

When the user tries to execute this custom job definition, he is unable to search and select Organization Code using this LOV. All five parameters display like in the ItemImportJobDefItemImportJobDef instead of the organization code chosen. If he searches on organization code only , nothing displays.
