Symptoms

Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation now delivers the Expression Builder Extension (XBX) feature to replace the SQL Custom Functions in Release 13.18B. 

We will no longer support SQL custom functions.

 Step #1. Create value set ( UDQ ) for custom function
                See Doc ID 2433998.1 - How to Create a User Defined Queries Using Value Set in Place of PLSQL Custom Function for Expression
 Step #2. Add value set to to look up code
 Step #3. If user is passing input parameters like period_id, plan_component_id  then enable the columns under Tables and Columns  ( Optional ) 
 Step #4. Confirm user can see the function in expression.
