Fusion PIM : Error When Creating Item : Attribute cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege (Doc ID 1447293.1)

Symptoms

Unable to create an Item because required fields on the Item header have become read only while trying to create an Item. Also, you receive an error message while trying to create an Item. Below you can find the error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Expand Navigator and under 'Product Management' section chose 'Items'.
3. On the Items Overview page click on "Create Item" task
4. Specify the Item Organization, Item Class, Item Template and click on "OK"
5. On the Item creation page you were not able to specify Item Name because the field is read-only and the environment would not allow you to create an Item because the required fields are empty.

ERROR MESSAGE
Attribute Customer Orders Enabled cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Billing Type cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Internal Orders Enabled cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute EngineeringDate cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Primary Unit of Measure cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Customer Ordered cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Inventory Asset Value cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Purchased cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute CatalogStatusFlag cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Inventory Item cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Stocked cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Invoiced cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Include in Rollup cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Copy Lot Attributes cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Track in Installed Base cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
Attribute Build in WIP cannot be updated because you do not have the privilege.
