Fusion Benefits: Unable to Enroll Employees in Benefits Once the Elements Are Attached to Standard Rate (Doc ID 1453136.1)

Symptoms

After adding the element to the rates, When attempting to enroll the employee in the Benefit Plan,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The employment level entered is not eligible for the element Medical EE Pretax on 2012-04-07. (PAY-1635125)
You cannot grant the element to the payroll relationship, terms or assignment unless it meets the element eligibility criteria and has an element costing record. Ensure that a suitable element costing rule exists for the element, and that the eligibility criteria for a person matches those defined on the costing rule


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application.
2. Search the the Employee.
3. Try to enroll in Medical Plan.
4. Following error occur
The employment level entered is not eligible for the element Medical EE Pretax on 2012-04-07. (PAY-1635125)
