WebServiceException When Running Scheduled Process in Fusion Application

Scheduled process Item Import Process fails with the following error:
Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in to Fusion Application (i.e. <host>/<domain>/homePage/faces/AtkHomePageWelcome)
2. Click Navigator -> Tools: Scheduled Processes
3. Click Schedule New Process -> Item Import Process
The import process fails with error as mentioned above.
