Users find that Procurement Dashboard is not coming up and presenting an error. 


1) Application error

Unable to connect to the BIPresentation Server

2) Log File Error

Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in to application.
2. Choose Navigator / Procurement: Purchasing
3. On the right pane under "Requisition Lines in Process Count", observe the reported error.
