Unexpected Error When Trying to Enable Multiple Discussion Forums in 11.1.1.5.4 Fusion Application/WebCenter Portal Integration: "javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: com.jivesoftware.base.UnauthorizedException" (Doc ID 1467369.1)

Symptoms

By default, WebCenter creates a single discussion forum for a new Space. You can modify this default setting to allocate multiple discussion forums to the Space.

However in WebCenter 11.1.1.5.4 integrated with Oracle Fusion Application,  you will get the following errors when clicking on "Support Multiple Forums for the Space":

Unexpected error occurred, due to : javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException:
com.jivesoftware.base.UnauthorizedException


Steps to reproduce the issue:

 1.Go to
 http://servername:port/fndSetup/faces/WebCenterServices 

 2.From the "Group Space" Menu, select any existing space
 3.Click on the "Space Administration Options" icon (in the right corner)
 4.Select Services
 5.Select Discussions
 6.Select "Support Multiple Forums for the Space"
 7.Click on Apply
 The following warning will show up:

 Unexpected error occurred, due to : javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException:
 com.jivesoftware.base.UnauthorizedException

 And the default options remains (Default Space Forum).
