Password Expiration Prevent IDM Domain Services From Starting up In Fusion Applications With Error - LDAP: error code 49

Customer fails to start a weblogic managed server either manually or using (Available from Fusion Apps Rel 7) with following error: [LDAP: error code 49 - Password Policy Error :9000: GSL_PWDEXPIRED_EXCP :Your Password has expired. Please contact the Administrator to change your password.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to weblogic console

2. Click servers -> control

3. Select the weblogic server instance, click start
You will see the server fails to start
