Unable to Create or Access Business Process through Application Composer (Doc ID 1476506.1)

Goal

 

Note: The below article does not apply to Customers with 'On Premise' or 'On Demand' type installations

 

 Issue
------------
When attempting to navigate to the Business Process screen , an error is thrown.


Replication Steps
-------------------
1. Navigate to Menu > Application composer
2. click on Business Process in the reginal area
3. click on Actions. Click create
4. Provide a name for the business process an click ok. Following error is seen

Error
---------
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 21, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: CRMCommonServer_1, Application Name: CrmCommonApp.


Expected Result
------------------
The application should show the business process screen.
