Symptoms
On : 11.1.4.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Lifecycle-Add Person
When attempting to trying to hire an employee into the system, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the system.
2. Navigate to Hire Employee under Workforce Management.
3. Try to save the employee.

Due to this issue, users cannot hire an employee into the system and cannot continue testing.
