Symptoms
When running the Open Period program, it ends in error.

The log file shows the following errors:
Unknown Member [5-44300] in Data Load, [32097] Records Completed
Missing Dim Mbr:[5-44300]

GL_PPOS0304: AFDICT_APP_PREFIX Details: AFDICT_APP_PREFIX
Cau-GL-781514: Posting is unable to update the cube balances because the rules file for cube <cube name> could not be found.
